Itinerary

Day 1 : ARRIVAL IN DELHI

After arrival at Delhi Airport, meet our DIH representative who’ll escort you to the one of our listed hotels in Delhi. Check-in at the hotel to relax in the cozy comfort of its room. Delhi the capital city of India is always alive with activity. You will be amazed to see colorful crowds moving through public places like markets. In the evening you may venture out to explore the pulsating nightlife of Delhi.

After having your breakfast in the morning, leave for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. On the 2nd day of the tour, embark on a city tour of Delhi.  The major tourist attractions scheduled for the day are Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, the Jama Masjid, Humanyun Tomb, President’s House, Lotus Temple and Chandni Chowk. In the evening revisit Red Fort to witness the impressive light and sound show.

Early morning after breakfast leave, for Mathura. Enjoy excursion to Mathura and Vrindavan the holy places that have managed to preserve the traits of Lord Ram and Krishna. In the afternoon start again for Agra. Halt in the hotel for night stay.

Soon after your breakfast is over, you prepare to leave for Mathura. It is fairly close to Delhi and takes around 3 hours to reach. Mathura is one of the main pilgrim destinations of the devotees of Lord Krishna, as it is the birthplace of the Lord. Enjoy excursion to Mathura and Vrindavan the holy places that have managed to preserve the traits of Lord Ram and Krishna. In the afternoon start again for Agra.

On arrival, you check in at the hotel and Evening to be spent as to your liking.

Early morning visit the Taj Mahal, the seventh wonder of the world and admire for its majestic and magnificent architecture design. This alluring white marble monument with intricate designs in its interiors never fails to enchant a visitor. Later visit the Pearl Mosque and the tomb of Itamad-ud-Daula built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Another must watch architectural wonder, is The Red Fort that is frequented by hundreds of visitors every day. Later return back to Delhi in the evening.

In the morning post breakfast start drive for Rishikesh. You will see plenty of picturesque scenes in this journey as we leave the bustling metropolis of Delhi to enter the quaint small town of Haridwar 

Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest for the day free.

In the morning after breakfast, head for the sightseeing tour of Rishikesh covering places like visit to Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Temples and world class Ashrams. In the afternoon lead to Haridwar. Pay a visit to the temples of Haridwar. In the evening be a part of Aarti procession taking place at Har Ki Pauri. Rest in the hotel for night.

This is the last day of your tour. Today morning, get transferred to the Delhi airport to catch the flight for onward destination. The tour ends with the sweet memories with Delightful India Holidays.
