At Marvin Camel Safari, we understand that travel plans may change. We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy while ensuring that the costs of advance bookings and tour arrangements are covered. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered if:

  • The cancellation request is submitted via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • The booking is eligible under the cancellation terms below.

  • The refund request includes your booking details and contact information.

Refunds are subject to applicable transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and any non-refundable costs already incurred for your booking.

Desert Camp & Customized Tour Packages

Since accommodation, transport, guides, and other services are booked in advance, the following cancellation charges apply:

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following expenses are generally non-refundable once confirmed:

  • Hotel reservations

  • Desert camp bookings

  • Vehicle arrangements

  • Guide charges

  • Government permits

  • Entry tickets

  • Payment gateway and bank transaction fees

  • Any third-party booking charges

4. Tour Modifications

If you wish to change your travel date or itinerary, please contact us as early as possible.

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

  • Additional charges may apply if prices have changed.

  • Some third-party services may not be transferable.

5. Cancellation by Marvin Camel Safari

In rare situations where we cancel a tour due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational reasons beyond our control

Guests will be offered either:

  • An alternative travel date, or

  • A full refund of the amount paid (excluding any non-refundable third-party expenses already incurred).

6. Force Majeure

Marvin Camel Safari shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Sandstorms

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Political unrest

  • Road closures

  • Transportation disruptions

Refunds in such cases will depend on the recoverable amount from our service providers.

7. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • No-shows.

  • Late arrival causing a missed tour.

  • Unused services after the tour has started.

  • Voluntary early departure.

  • Services missed due to personal reasons.
