Overview

The New Year Safari has been designed specifically to offer you a wonderful experience of the desert life along with a charm of celebrating life with fireworks, bonfire, dance & music programme and a decent camel ride. This safari also allows you to witness a beautiful sunrise and an enchanting sunset in the dunes. Moreover, you will be dazzled by the camel ride through the varied topography of the Thar Desert. At night have fun with cultural activities and DJ party. The celebration includes music, dancing, a bonfire, and a midnight countdown to ring in the New Year amidst a magical desert setting. The tour combines the adventure of the Thar Desert with festive activities, offering a unique way to welcome the New Year.

Day 1JAISALMER – NATURAL OASIS – KHABHA FORT – THAR DESERT
- The camel safari departs at around 14:00 Hrs from Marvin Camel Safari Office’s by Jeep.
- On the way to the dunes, you will visit Natural Oasis & Khabha Fort.
- You’ll receive a warm welcome by friendly staff and healthy camel.
- You will be allotted one camel per person for a 45-minute ride within the desert.
- Stop at the dunes, marvel at the beautiful & mesmerizing sunset and savor the test of delicious hi-tea & snacks.
- Enjoy a mesmerizing traditional Rajasthan Folk Music & Cultural Dance with Campfire.
- Later sit around the bonfire and have traditional authentic wooden fire veg & non veg dinner.
- Witness colorful fireworks in the open night sky on Midnight.
- Experience billion of stars and moon with beauty of thar desert.
- Sleep under the stars in a warm and a cozy bedding, overlooking the star-lit night sky.

Day 2THAR DESERT – JAISALMER
- Next morning, wake up to a beautiful sunrise with Tea & Coffee.
- Eat a healthy breakfast after sunrise.
- Mount on your camel and ride for about 30 minutes.

Things To Bring:

A Hat, Cap Or Turban.
Fully-charged camera battery.
Toilet paper and a towel
Sunscreen and sunglasses.
Torch.
Medical kit (just in case).
A big smile and a positive attitude.
In the winter, warm clothes for night-time.
Long-sleeve shirt, long trousers, sneakers or other type of sturdy shoes. Remember, the sun is fierce!

Marvin Camel Safari has its own professional guides & drivers; guides and/or drivers from outside are not allowed on our safaris.
We ask you not to compare Thar Desert with Sahara Desert or Egyptian sand dunes.
This is a real adventure desert safari so there are no washroom, no electricity and no mobile network available.
